of Michigan, Chuck directs all engineering and manufacturing
activities. He has over 30 years experience in thermal
engineered products and has held various management
positions with Michigan Oven Company and Cincinnati
Industrial Machinery.

Decker, Vice President
|
Dean
holds a B.S. degree from Western Michigan University
in Industrial Management. His previous positions include
working for GM Hydromatic and most recently as General
Manager for Spring Tools Company and Peterson Spring
Cima. He has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing
management. Dean directs all sales activity and business
administration.

John Sorenson, Director of Engineering
|
John
directs all engineering functions and project management.
He holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and B.S. in
Mathematics from Michigan State University. His industry
experience includes: steam process equipment, appliances,
refractory materials, electric and gas infrared ovens,
hi-velocity air and convection oven systems. He has
held previous positions with Fostoria Industries, Inc.,
Whirlpool, and Armstrong International.

(Bill) Gorang, Operations Manager |
Bill
runs our manufacturing floor with over 30 years experience
in equipment fabrication and assembly. He has previously
held several positions with Michigan Oven Company, including
Plant Manager.
