Thermal
Degreasing System:
Taking the "Green Approach"
Perceptive
Industries
evaluated an automotive customers current process and
developed the system to emove/reclaim/reuse drawing
oils and compounds.
Oil on product is thermally removed then scrubbed out
of the air stream with water. The water is then processed
through a separator reclaiming the oils into barrels
for reprocessing.
Reclaim efficiency is estimated over 90%.
